Friday Staff Updates: Weekly Update for May 12, 2025

Another conversation with Dana Kirchoff was about our educational philosophy. She shared that as we continue to look at our marketing, crafting one will be essential. I took our mission and vision, plugged them into ChatGPT, and got this:

Our new Educational Philosophy?

We believe that every child is a unique creation of God, called to grow in faith, knowledge, and character. We are committed to nurturing the whole child—spiritually, academically, emotionally, and socially—through an excellent, Christ-centered education.
Rooted in God’s Word, our teaching connects faith with real-life application, equipping students to live out their beliefs with confidence and joy. We partner with families in discipleship, helping children apply their faith daily and encouraging them to share the good news of Jesus in their communities and beyond.

All Staff

At this point, the Arndts have an accepted offer on a home in Green Bay and have an accepted offer on their current home in Watertown. We continue to pray for them as they prepare to join our ministry.
Unchanged, but sharing this again - Our enrollment continues to come into clearer focus each day. At this point, I believe that we will have between 168-176 students in our school next year. Please pray for all our families, but especially the children in the gap between committed and deciding.
I do plan to speak with all hourly staff by the end of next week to discuss plans for next year.
