Weekly Update for February 24, 2025

All Staff

  • Please pray for Gretchen Plitzuweit, Brandon, and Ashley Leiterman as they deliberate the two calls they now hold.

  • Updates continue in Room 133.

    • On Tuesday, starting at 2:00 PM:

      • Updating the metal ceiling frame will keep the ceiling grid and lights in place.

      • Adding two drywall columns to the front of the room

    • On Thursday, during the day

      • Electrical work will occur, including a small amount of drilling (briefly using a hammer drill on the wall facing the hallway).

    • On Sunday, March 2nd, we will be removing the rest of the metal from that room

  • The Resilience Project is a faith-fueled program that teaches how to bounce back faster and stronger from life’s setbacks and transitions. Learning about and building resilience helps people feel more prepared when life’s challenges inevitably arise. Considered to be spiritual and emotional strength training—what you practice today will help you face tomorrow’s difficulties with greater confidence and peace. It’s available either as an in-person program at churches and schools or as a free self-paced online course.
