Second Floor Punchlist took place on February 7
First Floor Punchlist takes place on February 22

The BOCE had a meeting on February 7 to discuss child care. The following decisions were made:

Brian Zwieg will start supporting the morning childcare program Tuesdays (may be also able to support Thursday and will check) starting February 13th, short-term, to alleviate Zandalee to cover only Thursday and Friday each week.
Other members of the BOCE may be able to help in the future.
A letter will be drafted by Brian Zwieg (sent to BOCE for review prior) and then sent out to parents via Talking Points and the Eagle newsletter the week of 2/11/2024, stating the morning childcare program will be paused starting Monday, March 18th, unless enough slots are hired to cover each day. Recruiting for these slots will continue.

If you are planning to come to the Winter Carnival, please sign up, even if you don’t think you can help at a station. This will help us better understand who is actually planning to be there. You can indicate Registration/Greeter and say that you plan to mingle with current and future families.

Faculty

The link for the 2/15 Eagle will be available on Monday. Please make sure all updates are completed by Wednesday at 2 pm
Four students from FVL will be onsite on 2/14 as part of the FVL Volunteer day. I plan to have them work on hymnal bookmarks and better organizing the Foss Kits downstairs.

SOAR

PBIS is in classrooms next Wednesday, the 14th. Use the time for your Valentine’s Day celebration or choose a lesson/activity that helps your students grow. Please let me know if you need any help with ideas and/or planning. Thanks!
